The Golden Key Alumnae Association

,

Kappa Kappa Gamma Fraternity's first internet-based alumna association!

Founded January 16, 2004

The mission of The Golden Key Alumnae Association is to foster respect and appreciation for the badge and symbol of membership in Kappa Kappa Gamma, the golden key.  Through education and communication, we seek to inspire in every sister a desire to proudly wear and cherish her Kappa key throughout her lifetime.

The Golden Key has members from all across the globe, truly has no bounds, and has "met" virtually since our early beginnings in 1997.  We do try to meet up in person every biennium for Convention.  One of our favorite projects was when we went to the former Fraternity Headquarters in Columbus, Ohio, where we assisted in indexing and making a digital catalog of resigned, dismissed, and deceased member badges. The Fraternity Archivist, Kylie Towers Smith, hosted and toured us through the Heritage Museum.
